No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

At Hookey Media, we value your time and ours. To maintain a smooth and efficient leasing process, we have implemented a clear policy regarding missed appointments and cancellations:

  1. Appointment Confirmation:
    We confirm all in-person appointments via email, phone, or text to avoid any misunderstandings. We kindly ask that clients notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they need to reschedule or cancel.

  2. Grace Period:
    For in-person appointments, we allow a 15-minute grace period. If the client has not arrived or contacted us within this window, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

  3. No-Show Fee:
    If a client does not show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of $50 will be applied. This fee covers the time and effort dedicated to preparing for the appointment.

  4. Late Cancellation Fee:
    For cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a late cancellation fee of $25 will be applied.

  5. Rescheduling:
    Clients who miss an appointment or cancel late may reschedule. However, rescheduling is subject to availability, and the no-show or late cancellation fee will still apply.

  6. First-Time Waiver:
    As a courtesy, we may waive the fee for first-time no-shows or late cancellations if a legitimate reason is provided.

  7. Virtual Meeting Option:
    To reduce the risk of missed in-person appointments, we also offer virtual meetings via Zoom. This convenient option allows clients to view properties and connect with us remotely.

Hookey Media Refund & Replacement Policy

At Hookey Media, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our policy regarding refunds, returns, and replacements applicable to all our products:

1. General Policies

  • Incorrect Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, the shipment may be returned. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs once the correct address is confirmed.

  • Unclaimed Shipments: Unclaimed packages returned to our facility can be reshipped at your expense.

  • Returns & Buyer’s Remorse: Refunds are not issued for buyer’s remorse. If you or your customer are not fully satisfied with a purchase, please contact our support team to discuss possible return or exchange options. Returns or exchanges are made at your discretion and expense.

  • Customs Issues: For international orders, please be aware that any customs fees or import restrictions are the responsibility of the buyer. Hookey Media does not provide refunds for items returned due to customs rejection.

  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order after it has been processed but before it ships, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been prepared for shipping, we are unable to cancel it.

  • Out-of-Stock or Discontinued Products: In the rare case that a product is out of stock or discontinued, we will notify you promptly and provide alternative options, but we do not compensate for related marketing or creation costs.

2. Refunds & Replacements

At Hookey Media, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your products, please refer to the following guidelines:

  • Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items: Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. If you or your customers notice any issues with the products or anything that seems out of place, please contact our customer support team. Include a photograph along with a brief explanation of the problem. We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund.

  • Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

  • Error Claims: Claims deemed to be an error on our part will be covered at our expense. These claims may either be replaced or fully refunded.

  • Replacement Process: If your claim is approved and you require a replacement, we will ship a new order to you within 3 business days.

  •   For unopened items, we accept returns within 15 days of receiving the product. The item must be returned in its original packaging and unopened to qualify for a refund. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, a refund will be processed. Shipping costs for returning unopened items will be at the customer’s expense unless otherwise specified.

  • A credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.
